How it works

Three steps.
Here's each one, in full.

Photo → firm price → gone. No estimates that drift, no clipboard theater. This page walks through exactly what happens between "there's a pile" and "there isn't."

Step 1

Send a photo

Snap the pile with your phone and send it through the quote form — name and phone number are all we ask for. No street address, no email required, no account.

What happens to it: we use your photo for one thing — sizing the pile against the truck bed. That's how we get you a realistic price range instead of a shrug.

When you'll hear back: [Confirm with owner: response time — e.g. "within X hours during business hours"]

Can't get a photo? Call instead and describe what's going — "a sectional, a fridge, maybe twenty boxes" works fine. The firm price happens in person either way.

What makes a good photo

  • Stand back. Get the whole pile in one frame — we need its size, not its close-up.
  • One shot per area. Garage, basement, curb — a photo of each beats ten of one corner.
  • Don't move anything. Shoot it where it sits. Carrying it is our job, not yours.
  • Show the tricky items. Hot tub, piano, anything bolted down — include it so the range is honest.
Step 2

A firm price, before any work

The photo gets you a range. The firm price happens in person: we look at the actual couch, the actual fridge, the actual pile — and give you one number.

That number is the number. It doesn't grow while we load. It's not "starting at." You say yes or no on the spot, and nothing gets touched until you say yes.

If the price isn't right for you: [Confirm with owner: free-look / no-obligation policy — is walking away always free?]

What "firm" means here

  • Quoted before loading — never after the truck is half full.
  • Covers what's actually there — including anything that wasn't in your photo.
  • Surcharges named up front — items like mattresses and tires that cost extra to dispose of are called out before loading. See Pricing.
  • Your call, out loud — we start when you say yes, not before.
Step 3

We load, sweep, gone

You point at what goes. We carry it — from the basement, the attic, the third floor, wherever it sits. Appliances get dollied out. Hot tubs and sheds get broken down before they leave.

Then the part most people don't expect: we sweep. Every job ends with a broom-clean floor and an empty space, not a trail of debris to the driveway.

Where your stuff goes: [Confirm with owner: disposal practice — landfill / donation / recycling split. Published only if true.]

What the crew handles

  • All the carrying — stairs, tight doorways, heavy stuff. You don't lift a thing.
  • All the loading — packed into the truck so you pay for the space it truly needs.
  • Break-down where needed — hot tubs, sheds, and big awkward pieces get cut down to haulable size.
  • The sweep-up — the space is left broom-clean, every time.

The state change we sell: full, then swept. Real TM before/afters land in the gallery as jobs happen.

The honest fine print

What we can't take

Like most haulers, we generally can't take hazardous material — things like gasoline, oil, asbestos, and unlabeled chemicals need special handling we're not set up for. The exact refuse list: [Confirm with owner: exact list of refused items]

Not sure about an item? Put it in the photo and ask. A "no" up front beats a surprise at the curb.

Process questions

The details people ask about

Do I need to move or take apart anything first?

No. Leave it exactly where it sits — carrying and loading are included in the price, and break-down of big pieces like hot tubs and sheds is part of the job. A clear path to the door helps, but it's not required.

What if there's more junk than what was in my photo?

That's exactly why the firm price happens in person. The number we give you on arrival covers what's actually there — the extra bags behind the couch included. You approve that number before anything is loaded, and it doesn't change after.

What if I can't take a photo at all?

Call us and describe the pile — what it is and roughly how much. We'll give you a range over the phone, and the price is confirmed in person before any work starts, same as always.

Step one takes a minute

Snap the pile, send it, done. Name and phone number — never your address — is all it takes to get a price.
